Description
Winchester Model 94 Alberta Diamond Jubilee commemorative carbine in caliber 38-55. It was manufactured in 1980. These were made to Celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Province of Alberta.
Chambered for .38-55 WCF, it has a 20" barrel with blade front sight and open rear sight. The receiver and barrel bands are silver plated with the balance of the parts a polished blue. The receiver features elaborate floral scroll engraving with the right side marked "1905 - 1980" beneath the coat of arms of Alberta, and the left side showing oil derricks and a flock of sheep with mountains in the background. The barrel is marked "Alberta Diamond Jubilee" in silver letters. The walnut stocks feature cut checkering in a spade design (Winchester Style F) and the typical carbine style steel buttplate. Condition is excellent as new. The Box is also in excellent condition. Please see pictures for details.
