For those wondering, yes, these are in fact Mk4 General Purpose Combat Boots. I would know, because these are the same kind I got issued while in the cadet corps and they are the most beautiful pair of boots I've ever owned. I bought my own pair from here after the corp said I'd have to return my kit, and I can't say I'm disappointed. Shipping was a hair faster than expected, they give you a tracking number, and my boots came in practically new condition. For reference a 255/108 pair fit my men's size ten feet at a store like foot locker, but honestly just trust in the metric system, it's better. Boots are quality, and customer service was pretty good too.
Cheaper than the Mark 3 boots, and seem to have more padding.
